A Different Approach to Pain

 

Chronic pain without structural cause isn't a physical problem - it's your body storing suppressed emotions.

I don't help you "manage" or "live with" your pain. I help you understand what your body is actually trying to tell you, so the pain can release.

This is coaching grounded in Dr. Sarno's mind-body approach, nervous system awareness, and lived experience. I healed my own degenerative disc pain by processing the emotions my body was holding. Now I teach others to do the same.

This isn't therapy or medical treatment. It's a framework for understanding why your body created pain in the first place - and how to let it go.

Finding Peace Through Release

 

My clients don't come to me to "accept" their pain. They come because they want it GONE.

What makes this work effective is its honesty: your pain serves a purpose. It's protecting you from feeling something your nervous system decided was too dangerous to process.

Once you understand this - once you identify what emotions your body is storing and begin to feel them - the pain loses its purpose. It can finally release.

Sessions are calm, direct, and focused on results. No toxic positivity. No pressure to "heal correctly." Just the truth about what's happening in your body and how to address it.
